We're looking for **2 Organisational Development Consultants** to join our Organisational and People Development team at Sovereign. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively across the Corporate Strategy and Peopleteam to build an organisational development centre of excellence model that will leverage our assets (knowledge, skills, people) to provide the right level of service to Sovereign.
Based from our head office in Basingstoke, you'll combine home and office working to ensure a positive work / life balance. There may be some occasional travel to our other offices for meetings or workshops.
**The Role**
You'll provide thought leadership and direction to the business through the design, development and delivery of organisational development initiatives across a range of specialisms including, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Performance Managementand Leadership and Management development. You'll work across the business to drive continued growth and development of organisational capability.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing long term partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to identify and lead on organisational development initiatives and activities that drive organisational development
- Proactively identifying and addressing organisational development issues by working with key stakeholders to assess root causes, performance gaps as well as any learning and development needs
- Using business analytics to measure the impact of organisational development interventions across the business, making recommendations for improvement, change and growth
- Designing, developing and delivering programmes, training and other solutions to a range of stakeholders across the business, assessing return on investment and quality of content
- Working in a matrix team with the L&D Delivery Manager where required, to either deliver operational training or “train the trainer” to support in scaled delivery of OD interventions
**What we're looking for**
You should have strong experience as an Organisational Development professional, with proven experience in translating requirements into measurable organisational development strategy and development plans.
You'll also need:
- Strong knowledge of leadership development programmes, including coaching and mentoring, talent, and succession etc
- Proven ability to design and deliver root cause analysis and gap assessment for skills and behaviours
- Demonstrable experience in designing end to end leadership development programmes
- In-depth background in Management development, including design, delivery, and evaluation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Great people skills, with sophisticated negotiation and conflict resolution style
- An Occupational Psychology qualification and/or Level 1/2 psychometrics are desirable
