Client Relations Associate

My client provides investment administration and management services for large, UK Pensions schemes. Currently they are going through a period of growth and are looking for a bright and motivated Client Relations Associate to join their existing team. Theteam work in a hybrid pattern, with one day per week being spent in the office - but they are open to this role being fully remote for the right person.
It's worth pointing out that this is **NOT** a call-centre role and deals only with B2B clients, Trustees and professional advisors,**NOT** pension scheme members.
This role is all about providing exceptional client service and experience. It will be a busy and varied role, providing support to clients on day-to-day fund administration issues. Responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of client relations; these are typically UK-based Pension schemes and their professional advisors
- Timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables - quarterly reports, fund factsheets, audit requests etc.
- Ownership of client escalations to relevant internal teams; maintain oversight on solution delivery
- Co-ordinate and support quarterly client review meetings and client events
We’re looking for someone with 12+ months experience within an Administration or Client Relations role, ideally within Pensions, Investment or wider Financial Services sector. You will have exceptional communication and administration skills, together witha positive and outgoing personality and genuine drive to always deliver the best of service for your clients.
In addition to a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 (dependent on experience), the company offer a good benefits package that includes Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection and support towards industry qualifications such as IOC and IMC. Prospectsfor career progression are good, with previous CRA's progressing to Client Management or back office teams.
