Customer Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our International Team. The role will be based at our Head Office, in Clitheroe; The role of Customer Services Coordinator is designed to support the growth of sales through our retail and wholesale business. The role is responsible for supporting the relationship between the company, customers and third party suppliers and retailers.
**About the Role**:
- Responsible for carrying out internal processes to onboard customers, including schools and retailers, on to our company system, including data upload, corresponding documentation and contracts
- Attending and contributing at regular stock review meetings
- Responsible for generating reports for internal and external customers
- Responsible for communication with customers and third party suppliers & retailers
- Responsible for updating and maintaining customer records on our internal customer management system
- Responsible for being the first point of contact for customers and third party suppliers & retailers for specific sales channels, including placing, checking and sign off of orders
- Responsible for liaising with our internal departments, specifically Warehouse, to expedite customer orders
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
- Assisting customers with registration or account creation
- Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the Companys offerings
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work well in a team
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
- In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles
- Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
- Previous experience of working in fast paced Customer Services environment is desirable.
