Full Job Description

Ministry Of Aesthetics, a renowned plastic and cosmetic surgery clinic are currently seeking a professional, well organised and well-presented HCA who will be available to work within our expanding team.

Hours 12-18 Hours per week

The Assistant Role will include:
Assisting our cosmetic surgeon with their treatments.

Planning ahead of each patient and setting up each treatment in the treatment rooms.

Chaperoning patients in their appointments.

Prepping patients for their treatment.

Overseeing the surgeon or doctor’s diary bookings and informing him of patient’s treatment bookings.

Filling out medical, clinical and COVID-19 forms with patients.

Ensuring the consistent cleanliness of each treatment room throughout the day.

Supporting clinic managers and team members with additional duties as and when required.

Be able to acquire an excellent knowledge of all treatments performed at the clinic and clinic protocols.

Taking and filing thorough medical notes during consultations with patients.

Welcoming clients into the clinic and preparing them/numbing them for their treatments.

Dealing with client queries in a polite and professional manner, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and upholding the company's professional image at all times.

Adhering to CQC regulations and COVID-19 safety protocols within the clinic.

Occasionally arriving and checking out patients according to the booking system and dealing with patients who are late and whom have not attended their appointments.

Checking out patient’s treatments and efficiently liaising with the reception team.

Ensuring safety protocols and regulations are met and abided to throughout each appointment.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Ideally a background in healthcare, medical, beauty, cosmetic, skincare or aesthetic, but not essential.

Be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Basic IT skills

Have exceptional organisation skills.

Be a multi-tasker and be able to deal with busy, hectic environments.

Be willing to learn and be passionate about gaining knowledge in aesthetics.

Be well-presented, confident, punctual, reliable, intuitive.

Act in a professional, friendly, polite and positive manner with patients at all times.

Be able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.

Be able to deal with complex issues fast and efficiently putting patients first at all times.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week
