FYP Interventions is seeking a passionate and dedicated **Mentor** to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges, academic roadblocks, or navigating the path beyond school.

- **Organised and Efficient**: You have strong organisational skills and time management abilities to manage your caseload effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- **Build Trusting Relationships**: Become a supportive guide for young people, fostering open communication and a safe space for growth.
- **Individualised Mentoring**: Conduct regular one-on-one sessions tailored to each young person's needs, focusing on goal setting, overcoming challenges, and developing essential life skills.
- **Holistic Support**: Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and social workers to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting each young person's well-being.
- **Empowerment Through Intervention**: Support with the development of individualised plans to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, helping young people thrive in all aspects of life.
- **Unleashing Potential**: Motivate and inspire young people to discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
- **Life Skills Champion**: Provide guidance on communication, social interaction, anger management, study skills, and other essential skills for navigating life's challenges.
- **Resource Connector**: Help young people access relevant resources and opportunities available to them in the community.
- **Progress Tracking**: Document progress through detailed case notes to measure the impact of your mentorship.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
