Bench Deburring 6 Wheels
Diamond Brushing wheel.
Electro Polishing
Bead Blasting
Windows based Laser Marking
Vibratory Bowl Deburring
Cleaning using Ultrasonics and various cleaning machines.
Ability to count and complete WIP(Work in Progress) cards for traceability and compliance of latest ISO Standards.
The applicant will be part of a relaxed team required to deburr products off the CNC mills/Sliding Head Lathes and follow a strict procedure on quality and thorough processes. Quality not quantity.
Full training will be given and necessary safety/protection supplied.
There is also an opportunity to attend training courses/further education to grow within the company. Internal promotions will be available.
37.5 Hours are 8.30-5.30 Monday to Thursday, 8.30-12 Friday. After initial trial period the hours become flexible on start/finish times.
Overtime optional if required.
