**Project Coordination Administrator - £25,000 per year - based Kingswinford, West Midlands**

We’re seeking an experienced Project Coordination Administrator to join our Project Scheduling team In this exciting new role, you’ll play a vital part in providing administration support to our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

**What you’ll do**:

- You’ll provide a range of administrative support tasks, including entering time sheet data, booking deliveries and collection, creating and sending communications to customers.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks specific to project coordination, helping our project teams stay organised and on top of deadlines.
- You’ll support our service and breakdown scheduling team during holiday periods.
- Be a friendly voice for our customers, suppliers and internal departments, managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Supporting the team, you’ll assist your Line Manager and our team of engineers with ad-hoc administrative tasks, keeping things running smoothly
- You’ll maintain administration of our systems, ensuring information is recorded accurately and is accessible.

- A good geographical knowledge of the UK, especially if you’ve planned for nationwide teams, is a bonus
- You love administrative tasks, spreadsheets (yes really) and organising.
- You’re patient, friendly and always go that extra mile to leave a positive impression - delivering exceptional customer service is a must
- You can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Most importantly, you enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team. You’re self-motivated, a team player, and always willing to lend a helping hand.

**The role of Project Coordination Administrator is a fully office-based role, you will be required to work a rotating shift pattern 8am - 4pm and 9am - 5pm - Mon - Fri.**
