We have a great opportunity for someone to come and join our busy Studio Team as a Junior Videographer/Photographer. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a fast-paced Ecom/Marketing department.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Key responsibilities:

- Capturing high-quality video content on all campaign shoots and events
- Work with the social team on creating both video and photography content for our social channels including working with our influencers to create content in our studio
- Processing and editing all raw footage into finished videos
- Shooting garments on mannequins and editing for use by the wider team
- Collaborating with both the in-house teams and talent to generate new on-brand ideas
- Ensuring work aligns with brand guidelines and representing the company to new customers
- General support to our in-house Photographer
- Operating and maintaining video / photography equipment
- Managing video and image archives
- Staying updated on industry trends

About You:

- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, predominantly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and also Capture One
- Confident operating audio capture equipment
- Experience in content creation in the studio and lifestyle-based environments
- Someone who has a creative flair and can think both creatively and strategically
- Experience with lighting studio-based sets and achieving appropriate lighting when out of the studio
- Knowledge of video and photo production techniques
- Planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A friendly and approachable people person
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and can identify opportunities
- Able to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines and to changing priorities
- Flexible approach to working hours

Pay: £16,955.75-£26,194.75 per year
