**Role Overview**:
As a Pub and Restaurant Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. You will be responsible for cleaning both the front and back areas of the pub and restaurant, ensuring the space is always presentable and up to health and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the restaurant and pub areas.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, including restocking supplies, cleaning sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils when needed.
- Take out the rubbish and manage waste disposal efficiently.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept in good working condition and used safely.
- Clean windows, doors, and any other visible surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to the management team.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks during quieter periods.
- Ensure the kitchen and bar areas are kept clean and organized.
- Support the team during busy times, providing extra help where necessary.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous cleaning experience (ideally in a pub, restaurant, or hospitality setting) is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties and lifting light loads.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
