**Head of Humanities - Large Academy Chain**:

In this pivotal leadership role, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the Humanities department, specializing in either Geography, History, or Religious Education.

**About the Role**:

- Lead a dedicated team of Humanities teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement a stimulating and engaging curriculum across KS3 and KS4, aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments, monitor student progress, and implement effective strategies to ensure academic success.
- Oversee departmental resources and budget, ensuring efficient utilization.
- Play a key role in departmental development, seeking innovative approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the wider school community, collaborating with colleagues across different departments.
