**Learning and Teaching Coordinator**

We are currently looking for a Learning and Teaching Coordinator to join our busy team

As Learning and Teaching Coordinator you will work closely with the Head of Academic Quality at divisional level to monitor and improve our performance in key learning and teaching, student experience and quality metrics such as student satisfaction, progression,retention, and other key performance indicators. This includes working on curriculum development and enhancement initiatives and developing good practice in collaboration with colleges as required. The role is responsible for maintaining all records of theAcademic Registry.

**Location**: Flexible

**Salary**: £27,000-£30,000

**Learning and Teaching Coordinator Duties**:

- Maintain all records of the Academic Registry including processing any approvals for colleges.
- Assist in monitoring and finding ways to improve the division’s academic performance in key metrics e.g., student satisfaction, progression, retention, etc.
- Collect data and reports from all colleges related to learning and teaching, student experience and quality and prepare regular updates.
- Provide analysis and reports on key regulatory metrics to aid in our continued compliance improvement e.g., the Annual Learning and Teaching Report.
- Work on curriculum development and enhancement projects both within existing college partnerships and new business development.
- Support colleges with their Student Survey processes and ensure divisional alignment.
- Provide administrative support for the planning and delivery of the annual divisional learning and teaching conference.
- Keep up to date with learning and teaching related changes in the HE sectors and help implement any solutions.
- Assist with any requirements of our external bodies (e.g., OfS, QAA, OIA)
- Support the design of good practice guides on learning and teaching and implementation and communication of any blended/online learning requirements.
- Assist the Head of Academic Quality in initiatives for our academic teaching staff e.g. training/CPD events, online learning, etc.
- Assist in keeping the UPE quality assurance manual and its policies up to date and release information and new updates to colleges as required.
- Provide administrative support to a range of internal boards and committees including the Learning, Teaching and Quality Committee and Academic Board - assisting in preparation of agendas, minutes, distribution of papers, follow of actions, etc.
- Support colleges with key semester activities as required e.g., enrolment, end of semester processes.
- Support Navitas Group compliance projects and initiatives.
- Any other duties as required as part of the role.

**Learning and Teaching Coordinator Requirements**:

- University level qualifications or appropriate experience in a relevant industry and/or have equivalent qualifications and/or professional experience
- Knowledge of learning and teaching, student experience and quality matters
- Experience of working with data sets and relevant software packages
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling and prioritising multiple workloads
- Experience of provide exceptional customer service to a range of stakeholders
- Experience of writing reports and presenting information
- Ability to communicate with and collaborate with diverse range of people
- Excellent oral, written, and inter-personal communication skills in dealing with individuals and groups at all levels
- The ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, commitment to achieving challenging tasks and a strong team ethos
- Be able to prioritise duties, and seek clarification and guidance from others when faced with competing priorities
- Possess a “can do” attitude
- A commitment to self-improvement

**Desirable**
- Experience of board/committee administration
- Experience of working to external body requirements e.g., QAA
