As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing efforts in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital offering to schools and teachers across England initially.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products or services and drive lead generation.
- Create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets for digital and print channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns utilising both online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer and competitor insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
- Assist in organising events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Support with the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy.

**Requirements**:
**We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following**:

- 2 years + experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. (preferred)
- Strong creative and analytical skills with a passion for marketing, and a keen attention to detail.
- Be a creative thinker, willing to try new things and focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies is a plus.
