Our Client is a prominent Fortune 500 business that are hiring an experienced Head of Compliance to support the firm in achieving its strategic goals through clear financial services compliance advice. Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer,you will support the business as they grow as a global leader within their industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to help the business to make operational decisions, taking into account the regulatory risks and challenges where necessary.
- Oversee the development of the compliance procedures and raise awareness through training.
- Working across the compliance team and senior management you will maintain the organisations approach to regulatory risk and help deliver the compliance plan.
- Maintain awareness of relevant regulatory changes and industry best practice.
- Experience working in a senior compliance management or advisory role within an FCA regulated entity.
- Knowledge of the general insurance industry and of relevant industry regulations as well as Senior Management Systems and Controls required by a regulated firm and SMCR.
- Expertise of the UK Financial Services Handbook regulation of the business model and activities, including ICOBS, PERG, SUP, DISP and the Principles for Businesses.
