Quality and Compliance Lead

**Altro** have a new opportunity for a **Quality and Compliance Lead**, to join our Walls division, based in **Lowestoft**. This is a full time, permanent position, working 2- 3 days in the office per week and the remainder from home.

**So, as a Quality and Compliance Lead, what will you be doing?**
Working with the Global Customer Care Team, Logistics, Workshop and Purchasing team, based in Lowestoft along with the wider Quality team across the global business, the Quality & Compliance Lead will form a vital role within the business, owning and managing all quality aspects of process and products, offering first line support to both customers and suppliers and providing a transparent collaborative team approach to working efficiently and strategically across the global business. Working collaboratively with Internal and external teams, liaising with Marketing and Global Technical departments to ensure customer experience is achieved and best practice delivered.
**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for a positive team player with previous Quality and Environmental experience gained in a manufacturing environment. We need someone with an IOSH or NEBOSCH qualification and up to date knowledge of both ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. Excellent communication skills will be the key and although not essential, purchasing knowledge or experience would also be highly advantageous. There will be a small amount of travel involved to our offices in Europe and regular travel to our head office in Letchworth, so we do need someone that is flexible with a valid UK driving license.
