We are currently recruiting a talented and collaborative **Supply Planner ** to join our Supply Chain team in Ashford, Kent. This is a hybrid role which will require travelling to our Ashford office 3 times per week **The role**: Our Supply Chain colleagues are a central hub of knowledge, and as a Supply Planner, you’ll be on hand to support your area of the business in every way possible. The purpose of this role is to manage stock and availability for a specific group of sku’s to ensure achievement of the pre-determined company targets. Provide optimum customer experience through the interaction between Demand Planning and customer facingfunctions for these sku groups. **Accountabilities**: - Process internal and external purchase orders in line with requirements of specific ERP platform(s). - Maintaining company owned stock and end-to-end service levels. - Develop and maintain internal and external relationships - Report on issues that may impact KPIs. - Build long term solutions to resolve issues in your sku group. - Evaluate and take necessary action for a number of pre generated reports. **Required skills and competencies**: - Minimum 2 years in a Supply Planner or similar role, preferably with FMCG environment.
