A great opportunity for a Corporate & Commercial Partner has arisen within our **Corporate team**.

**What we are looking for**:We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Partner to join our team based at our offices in Maidstone or Canterbury, Kent. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to join a successful and dynamic corporate team, working on some of the biggest and most complex transactions in the region.

**The role**:We would expect anyone wishing to be considered for this role to have experience working as part of a team on corporate deals, and to have general experience in advising on company law matters. Some experience of banking law would be a bonus, but is not essential.

You will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with others to successfully deliver completed transactions for clients. You must have experience of managing client matters to a successful conclusion, whilst meeting their objectives and financial expectations.

Consistent with Brachers’ location outside of London, the firm also has a realistic and sustainable attitude to billable hours, giving its fee earners the breathing-space needed to explore new specialisms and pursue exciting new opportunities as they arise. The size of the team means you’ll benefit from the ability to work independently, alongside direct Partner support and training to support your personal development.
