I am looking for a new business focussed salesperson to sell software into the letting agency market.
Office based but with an opportunity to visit clients from time to time - this is a demo based sell with leads provided, where you demo / present the software to letting agencies.
Over the last 10 years or so, this software has changed the way letting agents transact their business, improved their cashflow and delivered unprecedented growth.
It's a consultative sales process and requires you to manage your own diary, make your own appointments and negotiate / close the sale.
The ideal Sales Executive will have a proven track record in new business development in a b2B / services / software environment - though if you have the right attitude then consideration will be given to people from all walks of life.
You will be consultative in your approach - 2 ears / 1 mouth and all that
You will also be able to close deals.
In return you can expect a salary of circa £25k plus a decent commission.
