**Salary**:£13 per hour (Salary effective from April 2025)
**Hours**:14.75 hours per week on average, worked over a two-week rota: Week 1 - 7.5 hours (Friday only), Week 2 - 22 hours (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) **Working Pattern**: Friday 9:15am - 5:15pm, Saturdays 9am
- 5pm, and Sundays 9:30am - 5pm.
**Contract Type**:Permanent

**Job Purpose**

As a Customer Service Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a welcoming and helpful experience. You will assist with queries, refunds, exchanges, deliveries, and problem-solving, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with support from the Management and Supervisor team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries, refunds, exchanges, and deliveries efficiently.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support the Management and Supervisor team in problem-solving and daily challenges.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business.
