The Baird Primary Academy is looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to join our highly motivated team to work in our Alternative Learning Provision. This role involves supporting pupils with complex behaviour needs and children at risk of exclusion. We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to supporting pupils' learning and has an understanding of emotional literacy and child psychology.
Have experience in a classroom supporting the Class Teacher as well as working independently with small groups of children
Be an excellent Teaching Assistant with high expectations for welfare of pupils
Have excellent motivational and communication skills
Be well-motivated with a positive attitude
Participate fully as an innovative member of our team
