**Keane Property Services** is looking for a **Part time Cleaner** to join our team in the location of Brentwood, Essex.

**Duties**:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all floors.

Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, chairs, shelves, and inside windows.

Disinfecting high-touch areas, such as door handles and light switches.

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.

Bin removal and replacement of liners.

Additional cleaning tasks as agreed upon.

**Working Hours**:

- Anytime after 7PM (Mon - Friday)
- Anytime after 1PM (Saturday)
- 6 times a week
- Monday to Saturday
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Work in teams and communicate well with colleagues
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but training will be provided

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
