**Beauty Therapist & Tutor or Trainee Tutor**

Full-time Beauty consultant to promote, book in, treatments and take care of our customers.

Beautician responsibilities, include removing hair/waxing, recommending skincare therapies, nail treatments and massage as well as managing client appointments.

You should be well-versed in beauty treatments, including waxing, eyelash extensions, facials, brow services, manicures gel polish and pedicures, nail extensions and body massage.

Ultimately, you will ensure our clients receive high-quality cosmetic services and walk out our door smiling.

In addition to this, you will be qualified as a tutor or be willing to complete your teacher training (funded by ourselves) to be able to teach a range of beauty courses to our clients.

**Working Hours**

Tuesday - Saturday 9-17:30

**Key Purpose of the job**
- To provide an excellent service to customers.

**Key Task / Responsibilities**
- Greet customers upon arrival.
- Maintain stock.
- Provide a range of beauty options to clients.
- Remove hair using permanent and temporary methods (e.g. electrolysis and wax.
- Give manicures and pedicures following clients’ preferences.
- Provide guidelines to clients on how to take care of their skin.
- Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-ins based on availability.
- Maintain updated client records (e.g. contact details and treatments).
- Cross-sell therapies and beauty products, when relevant.
- Make sure our working area is clean and equipment is always sterilized.
- Keep track of levels of stock (e.g., lotions and nail polishes).
- Upsell to customers.
- Deliver training courses to students.
- Create learning resources for students.

Training & Development

To enrol on to a teaching qualification funded by the business if not already qualified.

If qualified enrol on to CAV or IQA funded by the business.

**Person specification**
- Proven work experience as a Beautician or similar position.
- Hold a Level 3 Beauty qualification as a minimum.
- Hands-on experience with hair removal techniques.
- Knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Ability to provide personalized services based on each client’s requirements.

Commission structure

Basic Salary £20,000 - OTE £30K

Bonuses are to be discussed and agreed upon by both parties to support success.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
