We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join the team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide a warm welcome and ensure every order is handled with care. This role is key to delivering the smooth, friendly, and efficient service our guests expect, whether they’re collecting their food or ordering for delivery. If you’re passionate about great service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take and process orders accurately, including noting any dietary requirements.
- Handle payments and manage the till system.
- Ensure food is packed, presented, and served to Ranches’ high standards.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house, including counters and waiting areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure quick and efficient service.
- Assist with catering or larger orders when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred (training will be provided).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A team player, ready to help colleagues when needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
