They are particularly interested in speaking with Teachers who have General Curriculum experience. ??As a Teacher, ?your day will be varied and interesting and you will be able to follow a flexible structure whilst supporting their children and young people, by providing bespoke therapeutic educational frameworks that are tailor made to each child andyoung person. This alternative education provision works with children and young people who struggle in their formal or specialised education settings, and they offer education on an outreach basis or within one of their Ofsted registered schools. As the Teacher you will be working within a Trauma informed practice model where they can support and ?follow a therapeutic practice. They offer a range of supportive, safe environments for children and young people whom mainstream and other school settings have not worked. Their Ofsted registered and rated independent schools around England offer a range of academic, vocational, SEN anddisabilities (SEND) options. ? **The Team** The service covers Wiltshire and Dorset. They are "school without walls" where they bring education to children and young people within the community, the children’s home or within an educational setting. Their children are aged between 8 and 18 years old who have SEMH / ASD and other additional needs. ?Their small, experienced teaching team have the flexibility to use their talents and skills to create a broad curriculum around each child, as well as offering support alongside other alternative provisions that the children may access.
