Our client, a highly reputable civil engineering contractor based in Central Scotland, are looking to expand their team by adding an experienced Site Manager for new projects awarded in the East Central belt of Scotland.As a Site Manager you will be responsiblefor supervising projects up to the value of £10 million from inception to completion.

Our client is currently operating within Water, Groundworks, Infrastructure, Drainage & Earthworks projects, but have capabilities to offer a diverse service offering to their clients making them one of the faster-growing organisations in the Scottish Market.

They have an array of exciting yet challenging projects to work on and furthermore they are investors in people, so you won’t be short of opportunities, and you could really carve a solid career working for our client.

**As Site Manager, you should be an excellent leader and have great interpersonal skills, as well as the following**:

- Day to day site management.
- HSEQ.
- Carry out regular safety audits.
- Assure that all work is carried out to company safety procedures.
- Lead, guide and mentor members of the project team when required.
- Maintaining good on/off site working relationships.
- Manging site logistics to maximise production.
- Ensuring contracts are delivered safely on time, within budget and to the clients specification.
- Effectively managing any project delays.

**Applicants must have the following**:

- A Construction or Civil Engineering related degree
- Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager delivering groundworks and earthworks projects.
- Previous civil engineering experience is essential.
- Appropriate knowledge of health and safety polices.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- Valid CSCS
- SMSTS qualified.
- A full UK driving license
