**Job Overview**: As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a fair and secure examination environment for students. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all exam protocols are followed, facilitating a smooth and efficient examination process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrive at the exam venue on time and set up the examination room as per guidelines.
- Distribute exam papers and materials to students.
- Supervise students throughout the exam, ensuring compliance with examination regulations.
- Monitor the examination environment for any irregularities or misconduct.
- Provide support to students as needed, while maintaining a neutral and professional demeanor.
- Collect and securely store completed exam papers at the end of the session.
- Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate school personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work during busy exam periods (including evenings and weekends if required).
