**Female Personal Assistant/Support Worker** required for a part time position working weekends (Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm) in the Hamilton area. You will be responsible for an elderly lady, 96 years old, who has dementia - she is still able to communicate and walks with a walking frame.
**Previous experience in care sector is essential for this role.**
Duties include but not limited to:
Preparing meals and snack
Helping to the toilet and attending to personal hygiene
Medication prompt
You will be working as part of a small team already in place
COVID-19 considerations:
- The role requires close personal contact with an individual who is extremely vulnerable to the risk of infection and disease transmission. Preference may be given to applicants who have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Careful consideration will be given to applicants who can show the vaccination is not suitable for them on reasonable grounds. PPE and Lateral Flow Tests will also be provided including masks, gloves, aprons and hand sanitiser._
Hours: 16 hours per week
Days and Times: Saturday and Sunday - 9am until 5pm
Location: Hamilton
Rate: £10.50 per hour
