Due to growth, our busy payroll team are looking for an apprentice to help them to deliver an exceptional payroll service, to clients. In this role you will be involved in preparing a range of payrolls, with different levels of complexities, to agreed deadlines.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to study towards the CIPP qualification and gain hands on experience, at the same time. We have a great team in place, who are ready to support you and provide the necessary training, to help you to succeedin this role. We will even bring in CIPP tutors to give you one to one training What more could you ask for?

We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, has excellent attention to detail, is customer focused and thrives within a busy environment. Positivity and a can-do approach are essential within this role as our clients are dependent on us.

This is a full time, permanent role, which will be based at our Lichfield office. Working hours will be 09.00am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.

**What you will be doing

- Preparing a variety of payrolls to agreed deadlines
- Learning payroll legislation
- Upkeep of payroll files to specified standards
- Completing bank payments
- Inland Revenue returns
- Learning different types of pensions
- Advising clients and keeping them up to date on their payrolls
- Enrolling onto the CIPP course
