**The Van Driver - Customer Service Collections Operative role involves**:
- Driving one of our new 3.5 tonne Mercedes Sprinter vans
- Completing IT equipment recycling collections around the UK
- Loading and unloading the vehicles with IT equipment
- Customer service
- Data security
- At least 1 overnight stop per week
- Irregular hours (varying start and finish times depending on the schedule)
Revive IT complete IT recycling collections for clients of all types around the UK.
We complete collections all the way from 1 single computer to entire building IT clear-outs.
This role involves securely, safely and professionally collecting the IT equipment from our client’s sites.
Customer service is a major part of the role as you’ll be meeting our clients face to face and representing us.
The daily collection schedules are unique each time as each collection / location is different.
One day you could be staying overnight and completing 5 collections in London and the next day you could be doing local collections only.
At least 1 overnight stay is required per week to ensure legal driving hours aren’t exceeded on the long journeys.
The role involves a lot of physical movement as the equipment has to be loaded on loose and unloaded loose on arrival at our premises.
The key parts of this role are: Health & Safety, Data Security, Customer Service and Professionalism.

**Other details**:
The Van Driver - Customer Service Collections Operative role starts at £12 per hour + £60 per overnight stop bonus + overtime. Revive IT pay for the hotels which are required 1-2 a week.
Other benefits included.
Full time, permanent role.
40 hours a week as standard (Monday - Friday) including 30 minutes paid break.
Overtime will be paid per hour on top of this.
This role is based at Revive IT, Leeds, LS7 2HG.
Applicants must be able to pass security vetting due to the nature of the role.
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
