**Job Description**:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established home care team. As a Support Worker, you will enable clients to remain happy and healthy at home and support them with all aspects of their daily routines, including supporting with administering medication, help with personal care, taking people out to their appointments, and so much more.

**What's in it for you?**
We can be flexible to work around your own work/life balance, and hours can be part-time or full-time.

**No experience?**
No problem We provide an enhanced training programme so you are ready and trained for the role, and we support you throughout your journey. We also allocate you a mentor so you have someone you can touch base with when you start.

**How much does it pay?**
We pay £12.75 per hour weekdays & £13.75 per hour for weekends. We also pay £10 per hour travel time and 35p - 45p per mile mileage.

The role also comes with other **benefits** such as paid training, paid holiday, a free Blue Light Card, double time Bank Holiday pay rates, and much more

Ideally, we'd like you to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
