Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Premises Officer to join our team. As a Premises Officer, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the premises, ensuring the safety and security of the facility, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the premises
- Ensure the safety and security of the facility, including monitoring surveillance systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, accidents, and repairs
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or security breaches
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the premises
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and possess knowledge of logic controllers
- Interpret schematics and perform electrical maintenance tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic repairs
- Familiarity with logic controllers and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
- Welding skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to interpret schematics and perform electrical maintenance tasks
