JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic manufacturing business in Bradford who are looking for a sales ledger clerk to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the accounts manager and working in a wider team of 6, this is a fantastic role working in a supportive and cohesive team. You will fully oversee the sales ledger in its entirety, therefore previous experience in this field is key.

Duties include:

- Processing invoices both manually and electronically
- Allocating cash
- Chasing outstanding monies owed (small part of role)
- Setting credit limits
- Daily reports for cash flow and uploading to bank
- Dealing with receipts, bank downloads and cash book
- Month-end procedures - cashbook and bank reconciliation

This is an excellent role for someone looking for part time hours. Hours for this role are afternoons - Monday - Friday. Client can be flexible but looking in the region of 15-20 hours per week. Hourly rate is a generous £15.45, with pension. The businessis easily accessible via bus, there's also onsite, free parking.
