**Castle Kindergarten at Hylton Castle is looking for an Early Years Practitioner**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner to join the team at our nursery in Hylton Castle, Sunderland. The nursery is situated in self-contained, well-maintained premises on the site of the local primary school. It is part of a group of nurseries owned by Castle Kindergarten Limited which has a professional, committed staff team. The appointment is a full-time, permanent post.

**We are looking for a qualified, hardworking and dedicated early years practitioner. The vacancy exists for a practitioner who**:

- holds a Level 2 or level 3 early years qualification
- has a passion for working with young children and is motivated and enthusiastic about high quality child-led learning both indoors and outdoors
- is committed to achieving and maintaining high standards through high quality leadership
- sees the value of reflecting on their own practice and that of their team in order to bring about improvements in provision and in outcomes for children
- sees the value to be gained from children learning with nature and appreciates the wide benefits that this can bring to their enjoyment and motivation
