**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management & Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Account Management**: Set up and maintain PPC accounts, ensuring campaigns are aligned with the company's goals and strategies.
- **Optimisation**: Continuously optimise campaigns through keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, and landing page improvements to maximise ROI.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments to improve effectiveness.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the broader marketing team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in PPC account setup, campaign creation, keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimisation.
- **Analytical Ability**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Reporting**: Experience in preparing detailed performance reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant PPC and analytics tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possess a degree in mathematics or in another related field.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
