**Management Trainee - £26,000 + Benefits - London**

**The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Management Trainee to start a journey to become a future Manager of our business. We will provide you with the most varied experience from day one, showing you every aspect of our business from the ground up, encouragingyou to then navigate your own route through the business.

You will be mentored from day one, set to work with our front line operatives, working alongside them delivering construction projects live day to day. You will experience how to talk with people on all levels, customers, staff, workers, no two days arethe same which makes the role so interesting.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Management Trainee include, but are not limited to:

- Attendance at work as directed by your Mentor/Line Manager each day at varying locations
- Carrying out duties as directed and in a safe manner at all times
- Complying to all legislation, Complying to all industry standards, Complying to company policies and procedures
- Health, safety and welfare of yourself and others
- Management of assigned projects, playing your part in their delivery alongside the Contracts Team
- Helping secure new profitable projects for the business
- Utilisation and promotion of the TriAgg brand
- Constantly seeking opportunities to help clients
- Managing existing contracts and client with commercial awareness

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Management Trainee:

- Have bundles of common sense, no really, this is a prerequisite
- Be a positive team player willing to soak up and learn everything we are ready to let you loose on.
- You’re a good talker, can make people feel at ease on all levels, in all situations
- Proficient in Windows, Word and Excel
- Comfortable to travel within a 100 mile radius of London generally
- Good with early mornings and occasional long days
- Willing to commit to paid overtime at weekends as necessary
