**Hourly Rate + service**

New opportunity for a Chef De Rang joining a lovely Hotel on the outside of York. Under the guidance of the Restaurant Managers/ Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered in the Restaurant areas. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that our guests are provided with a friendly, professional, and unobtrusive service during their dining experience.

**Role**:

- Consistently seize any selling opportunities to drive the business forward andexceed budget.
- Provide higher levels of guest service by operating the department in absence of managers and supervisors
- Assist the Managers with the training of every team member.
- Ensure self and team members meet and exceed guest expectations and are

encouraged to provide a “can do” attitude to service.
- Provide focus, direction, and co-ordination to the team to ensure that the guest

journey is seamless and delivers the best Guest experience.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the restaurant and Back of House,

following cleaning rotas.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years as a waiter in a fine dining restaurant
- Working rights for the UK

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
