**We're looking for a Team Leader to work in our Food & Beverage Team.**

**Hours**:1770 annualised hours per year. **The hours are 9-5, both weekday & weekday work required (37.5hrs per week) for 40 weeks of the year from Feb-Oct inc. You'll then work 3 days per week (22.5 hours per week) for 12 weeks of the year Nov-Jan. This due to the Tea Pavilion only opening 3 days per week in the winter. You'll get paid the same each month.

**Salary**:£ **18,266.4 **per annum (£10.32 per hour)

**Duration**:This is a permanent role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

What you'll be doing:Ensuring the team are competently trained and compliant with relevant legislation, you’ll also make sure every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

You will not be required to work evenings, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You will receive a bespoke induction on appointment and further professional training & development opportunities are available
