Senior Care Assistant

Are you a Senior care worker looking for an exciting new opportunity working in an outstanding care home located in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey,
Specialising in frail and dementia and elderly care.
CQC rating of Good over all.
Our client provides both a residential and a respite service.
Working hours are 48 hours a week, this will work with 4 x 12 hour shifts. OR
Working hours are 24 hours a week, this will work with 2 x 12 hour shifts.
8am to 8pm/8pm to 8am
This will include alternate weekend working.
This is a permanent position.
To be part of the team who are passionate about providing a high quality care service to their residents.
Providing care and support whilst assisting the residents to maintain their independence.
Following the person centred care plans and individual risk assessments.
To be vigilant within the home of any health and safety issues or resident changes.
Speaking with family and friends when they come to visit.
To encourage the residents to join in the planned home activities or trips out.
Pay rate of £11.15 per hour PAYE
You will need a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and social care.
