We are looking for club assistants to join our team; however, **due to the nature of the position, which involves serving alcoholic drinks, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age.**

**Overview of the role**:

- Prepare and serve all drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our members and guests.
- Take members and guests food orders.
- Monitor members and guests alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.
- Delivering food and drinks to tables with the approach of making our guests feel as welcome as possible.
- Clearing tables and making sure all our guests’ needs are met.
- Ensure a high level of customer service during your shift.
- Keeping high cleanliness standards in your working area for the day.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Checking golfers in.
- Ensuring golf buggies/trolleys are clean and available.
- Be welcoming and willing to assist our golfers and guests.
- Show a passion for the hospitality industry and will provide service with a smile.
- Be a good communicator and maintain a positive attitude to the role.
- Be flexible in working hours/days and be able to work weekends as we are a 7 day a week business.
- Be able to work individually and as part of a team to carry out all tasks that are required.
