Working closely with Divisional/Directorate staff, budget holders, and other key stakeholders, you will provide valuable insights and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the Business Partner Accountant team, overseeing financial reporting processes, and leading the development of future financial plans and strategies.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in finance, ideally within a healthcare setting. A degree-level education or equivalent qualification is essential, along with full CCAB or CIMA accreditation. Experience with financial systems such as Oracle Financials will be highly advantageous.

We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Your ability to prioritise tasks, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.
