**JOB SIMMARY**
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to**:
- Follow up on inbound leads and qualify them to determine their needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to help analyze sales results, develop sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM database and track sales activities and provide accurate data to regional heads of sales for quarterly and annual sales plans.
- Assist sales team in their booking process to ensure required data and documents are included with each opportunity.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the EDA or another high technology based industry.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-motivated.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
All Silvaco salary ranges are determined by role, level, and geographic location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
