**ITECCO**s continued organic growth has allowed us to expand internationally over the last year and we are recruiting again for a Recruitment Consultant ranging from Trainee to seniors to join our Manchester office In this role you will bespecializing in Technology Recruitment within: BI, Data & Analytics, Network & Security, Software & Web Development, Infrastructure & Support, Senior & Executive and ERP & CRM. Coming into ITECCO, you will be provided with all the necessary tools, resources,and training to thrive in this role
**The Role**:
A Recruitment Consultants role is challenging and diverse which involves
- Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts
- Evaluating client needs
- Posting adverts appropriately
- Negotiating terms of employment
- Being a mentor to junior consultants
- Attending recruitment fairs and exhibitions or other business events to network

This role is a challenging and demanding role, but arguably the most rewarding In addition to your basic salary, you will earn uncapped commission up to 25% from the second you start doing deals. This role is based on merit and will offer you plenty ofopportunity to progress into senior roles.
