Arslan London Security LTD are currently recruiting for Security Officers operating in a variety of work locations in Central London. As a Security Officer you will be able to add value to our existing team, provide feedback to a management structure that values your input and enacts change as needed all the while ensuring that our customers receive a service which is second to none

**The responsibilities of the job are**:

- Promoting the enforcement of basic security protocols, such as displaying corporate identification, administering, documenting and controlling visitors
- Serving as a point of contact for any security or facility issues
- Establishing and maintaining physical and environmental security
- Liaising with police and fire services in event of an emergency
- Participating in any internal or external investigations of security related issues
- Co-ordinating emergency response efforts in case of an emergency
- Reporting and managing any incidents that occur, and escalating them when necessary
- Patrolling the site on a regular basis to ensure there are no issues
- Happy to work partly outdoors, regardless of weather conditions

**Requirements of the security operative**:

- VALID SIA LICENCE
- ABLE TO PROVIDE FULL ADDRESS HISOTY FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS
- ABLE TO PROVIDE FULL EMPOLYMENT HISTORY FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS
- RIGHT TO WORK IN UK
- GOOD COMMUNICATON SKILLS TO LIASE WITH EMPLOYEES AND CONTROL WHEN INCIDENTS ARISE
- PASS BS7858 SCREENING STANDARDS (CODE OF PRACTICE)

**Experience **: 3 years of experience, you would need to have good communication/customer service skills, conflict resolution capability, and the ability to work outside standard office hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
