**KGS **are recruiting for proactive Support Workers to support adults with Autism in a supported living home.KGS are a expanding health care agency covering morecambe, lancashire area.

This role is ideal for Support Workers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. Here at KGS, you choose what days you are available to work, whether that be early shifts, late shifts, long days, nights, or even weekends - we understand how important a work life balance is, so we work around you and your flexibility to suit you and your lifestyle.

**As a Support Worker every day is a different day, you could be baking with the service user, visiting parks, gym, swimming and visiting theme parks etc if you are outgoing, and love to make a difference in peoples lifes this is for you**

Support Workers assist and encourage vulnerable adults with long-term mental health conditions to live their lives to the fullest and maintain what is important to them. For example, their independence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Morecambe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS (preferred)
