**COMPLETION/POST COMPLETION CLERK**

We are looking for an experienced completions clerk to join our busy Residential Conveyancing department at our Portsmouth office. Working in a team of 35, and reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for the completion process from exchange of Contracts for the conveyancing department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a methodical person with previous conveyancing experience to join a fast-paced team, at a firm that strives to give great service, every client, every time.

**Location**: PO2, Portsmouth

**Position**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Dealing with exchange letters through to pre-completion preparation and coordinating completions
- Ensure all communication/documentation is safely recorded and store in the Case Management System and paper file
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate registration is completed and coordinate responded to requisitions
- Ensure lender clients are fully updated on progress via the lenders chosen method communication
- Upload post completion documents to LMS and Lender Exchange portals
- Ensure clients receive confirmation and documentation on completion of registrations

**ATTRIBUTES REQURED**:

- Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and the requirements of Land Registry and Lender portals
- Enjoy working methodically and accurately to deadlines
- Strong and efficient admin and IT skills
- Positive approach to work, team player with a good work ethos
