I am partnered with a global Software organisation based in Central Nottingham who are looking to onboard a Director of QA to join their software development function of 25.
Their current Director of QA is moving to another area of the business which has given a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the organisation and build a world-class solution which has a focus around AI & ML.
Your primary focus will be to develop their products automation framework. To be suitable for this role, you must have strong experience in implementing test strategies and frameworks into CI/CD and development practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and improving development processes.
- Coaching & building the quality assurance function.
- Responsible for the process of delivering software and related investments.
What you’ll need:

- A strong understanding of the principles of automation testing.
- Experience within a leadership role.
- Experience testing complex, non-deterministic systems.
