**Event Catering Assistant**
We are searching for an enthusiastic person to join our front of house operations team at the**studio** in Leeds City Centre.
**About the role and you**:
We are looking for friendly, self motivated, customer service focused Event Catering Assistants. Your role will be an important part of ensuring we achieve our goal of Customer First and ensuring all of our guests have the best customer service experience possible. You will have high standards and excellent attention to detail, making sure everything is the best that it can be, taking pride in the work that you do.
The role is both front and back of house, supporting our clients in ensuring their day runs smoothly and their expectations met and exceeded when possible.
The role involves working alongside our friendly team, as well as sometimes being expected to work without supervision. You will be self motivated in ensuring tasks are done to the highest standards.
Excellent customer service is key to what we do and you will be passionate about ensuring our guests leave feeling they have had a welcoming and friendly experience.
The role involves setting up rooms for conference and events.
Service of food and drinks.
Support in the kitchen.
Helping our clients with anything they may need.
Keeping the venue at a high standard of cleanliness.
Maintaining hygiene, health and safety.
Working front of house, on the reception desk when required.
**About us**
Born as ‘The Orange Studio’ in 1999 we started with our award-winning Birmingham location and just 5 meeting rooms but it’s safe to say we’ve grown a lot since then. We became the**studio** in 2006 and we are now an independent company, owned and run by the same team since the beginning but now having grown to 46 meeting rooms across 4 locations around the UK.
Though we’ve grown a lot our friendly, people focused ethos and culture very much remains at our heart. It’s important to us that everyone that attends one of locations feels welcome and looked after. We’re not a large corporate chain and we’re really proud of that. We work hard. We be ourselves. We have fun.
We’re passionate about giving our clients the best experience and really care about getting things right. Our aim is to exceed expectations so it goes without saying that we have a friendly, welcoming, client focused team at the forefront of everything we do. Our ‘Customer First’ mission statement is applied to all aspects of our work and is the reason our clients return time and again.
