Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

**About The Role**:
**Mobile Cleaning Supervisor**

**Location**:York, Cumbria and Yorkshire**
**Salary: £23000 to £24000 per annum**
**Working: Average 40 hours per week**

Bidvest Noonan are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor on behalf of our client, covering, York, Cumbria and Yorkshire **.**

**Key responsibilities.**
- You will provide cover cleaning for holidays and sickness
- You will carry out checks and audits on various sites and report back to the Contract Manager
- You will check site files on each site visited to ensure correct and up to date information is logged.
- You will foster a good working relationship with teams and clients on site
- You will provide an excellent cleaning service
- You will check cleaning cupboards on site and address with teams any issues found
- You'll ensure all employees are always wearing uniforms onsite.
- You'll ensure all stock orders are processed in a timely manner, ensuring cleaners onsite have everything required.
- You'll be responsible for all recruitment on your sites, ensuring we recruit and induct new starters within a timely manner.
- You'll manage weekly payroll for your team
- You will have previous experience of COSHH and Health and Safety
- You will have previous experience of cleaning and mobile cleaning.

**Experience required**
- Competent with motorway driving and working alone
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
- Flexibility to work around the business needs
- Good communication skills at all levels and competent with technology
- Cleaning and Supervisory experience
- Manual Driving licence
