The Role
You will be joining a highly excellent and supportive restructuring and insolvency team that focus on turnaround and insolvency matters advising:

- Banks
- Asset based lenders
- Board of directors
- Insolvency practitioners
- Debtors

You will be advising on all matters where insolvency is likely unless action is taken by restructuring.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in an interesting and varied caseload from the outset, as well as supporting the partners on higher value transactions.
- Newly qualified solicitor with experience and enthusiasm for restructuring and insolvency matters
- Willingness to engage in business development
- Approachable and supportive
