Installation Assistant

**Role Overview**:
As an Installation Assistant, you will support the Installation Engineers in delivering, installing, and maintaining rehabilitation equipment across Scotland. This role offers hands-on experience, regular travel, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that directly benefits others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the delivery and installation of rehabilitation equipment at client sites.
- Support site assessments and ensure equipment is installed to high standards.
- Work collaboratively with engineers to resolve technical challenges.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic client training on equipment use.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate records of work completed.

**Requirements**:

- A practical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to travel across Scotland, including overnight stays when required.
- Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or willingness to obtain this before starting the role.
