Brook Street UK LTD is currently seeking Band 5 Programme Support Officers within HSCNI for a period of 6 months initially, with the possibility of extension, to join our client's busy Public Sector team in Belfast
Our public sector client would like someone with at least one year's experience in Administration, GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Job role will include:
Support the management and recording of project costs and ensure finances are well managed and reported;
Support senior managers with the procurement and contracting elements of the Programme.
Assist the PMO Manager in monitoring Programme related financial and KPI information;
Update and maintain key Programme documentation such as Risk and Issue logs and Benefit Realisation plans;
Undertake any other duties as may be allocated from time to time in accordance with the needs of encompass.
Relevant experience is defined as providing or supporting Programmes and Projects in a business environment. A business environment in this context includes areas such as Programme/Project Office, service delivery, communications, finance, quality managementand risk management.
The hours of work are full time, Monday to Friday 09:00 am until 17:00 and in return you will be paid an hourly rate of £13.84per hour, this will be paid on a weekly basis.
